At IV Wellness Infusion Services, we bring wellness and IV hydration directly to you, in the comfort of your home, office, or event space with our mobile IV therapy services. Booking your concierge appointment is simple and convenient with just three easy steps:
✅ Step 1: Call Us First
Contact us directly to confirm availability for your preferred date and time. This ensures we can accommodate your request before you proceed with booking.
✅ Step 2: Book Online
Once availability is confirmed, you can complete your booking easily through our online scheduling system.
✅ Step 3: Complete Consent Forms
After booking, you'll receive digital consent forms. Simply review and sign them—and you're all set for your personalized IV therapy session.
📍 Travel & Service Fees
- $50 travel fee applies for locations within 15 miles of our office
- $1.00 per mile is added for any additional distance beyond 15 miles
- $50 same-day service fee applies for appointments requested and scheduled on the same day
- Holiday bookings are subject to additional fees and will be discussed at the time of scheduling
